What You Bring
This role supports the CEO of Allianz Partners UK & Ireland, assisting with management, strategic growth, and coordination of Business Units and the executive team. You will work closely with the local Executive Committee and serve as a key contact across various stakeholders within BUs, regional, and group levels.
Your main responsibilities include:
1. Supporting day-to-day activities and regulatory topics;
2. Participating in the Executive Committee:
* Preparing meetings, documenting decisions and actions, and following up;
* Reporting on key initiatives and escalations;
* Ensuring strategic initiatives are completed across BUs and functions;
* Engaging with strategic stakeholders;
* Collecting and analyzing data for reports and insights;
* Leading or participating in project portfolios and reporting progress;
* Representing the CEO in meetings for alignment;
* Preparing high-quality presentation materials.
1. This role offers international career development and exposure to senior management across diverse business topics.
Note: This position is hybrid (3 days in-office) based in Croydon.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic project management or consulting at a BU/corporate level;
* Understanding of the insurance and assistance sectors;
* Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic impacts;
* Experience working with intercultural teams in fast-paced environments;
* Proactive, autonomous, results-driven, and solution-oriented;
* Highly organized with attention to detail and planning skills;
* Ability to analyze and synthesize information effectively;
* Capacity to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust at all levels;
* Comfort challenging ideas and engaging with senior stakeholders;
* Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
* Fluent in English, with excellent writing skills.
