Zesty are recruiting for an Account Executive to join our talented team.

Your Team: The client services team are experts in delivering great customer service to our clients and are integral to linking together client needs with developers, ensuring teams are kept updated, and informed, and ensuring that work is delivered on time.
Your role: As an Account Executive, reporting to the Head of Commercial Services, you will manage client requests, including responding to queries in a timely manner, generating quotes and scheduling time with designers and developers. The vast majority of your responsibilities will lie in the efficient management of Support requests, ensuring that work is understood and briefed to the teams involved, that time is logged and taken off a support allowance, throughout internal team and with the client are succinct, friendly and accurate.
Day to day you will:
1. Gather accurate requirements from clients and brief developers on tasks to be completed.
2. Keep accurate and up-to-date logs of requests from clients and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
3. Manage relationships with clients and ensure they are kept fully informed.
4. Brief and liaise with design and development teams.
5. Review finished work before reporting back to the client.
6. Identify opportunities for growth with existing client accounts.
What we’re looking for from you:
You will be an Account Executive who is organised, self-motivated and able to use initiative. It is imperative for this position that you are someone who is a team player and if you have an interest in the digital and marketing industry this will be advantageous. You will also have:
1. Examples of when you have developed effective working relationships internally and externally.
2. Ability to demonstrate a well-organised approach to work, and enjoyment of being part of a team focused on solving problems.
3. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within prescribed timescales.
