* Techaway function (end user IT support)
* Supporting the end users within the office ensuring suitable processes are followed and support is in place
* Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered, high performance and quality is maintained and our end user support experience is valued.
* The availability, security and scalability of our IT services platform
* Delivering our services roadmap
* Planning for the future
Your Profile & Experience
* 1st or 2nd role within end user support
* A good foundation on end user support tools
* Excellent customer service skills
Good Technical skills in the following:
* Operating systems: Windows desktop (10 & 11), Mac OSX and Chrome OS
* Applications: GSuite, Atlassian products (Jira), Slack
* User/Device management tools: Active Directory, Google Admin, Intune, JAMF (desirable)
* Soft skills: Excellent written and spoken English, Excellent communication, Excellent organisational skills, Self sufficient and confident in undertaking work assignments with a moderate level of guidance and direction, Starting role with good aptitude for end user support environment and support tools being used
