This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for food science. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing technical data, ensuring compliance documentation, and delivering exceptional customer support. Location: Hampshire (You must have access to your own transport, as the site is not accessible by public transport.) Responding to internal and external customer queries, including preparing specifications and compliance statements. Supporting Kosher and Halal certification processes. Managing technical documentation and assisting with updates to internal processes. Providing technical information to internal departments and customers. Promoting and adhering to health and safety standards. Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting company goals. Engaging in personal training and assisting with knowledge sharing within the team. About you Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Adobe. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across all levels of the business. Experience in a technical role within the food or flavour industry is desirable.
