Remuneration: £13.26 per hour + 10% - 20% shift bonus
Schedule: Shift rota Monday - Friday (day shift 07:00 - 15:15 / back shift 15:00 - 23.15)

The role of the Production Team Leader - Timber Manufacturing will involve:
* Team Leader position assisting with the management of the production line for a high end range of timber products within a sawmill
* Responsible for production operations and standards
* Ensure that all regulations, policies and health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
* Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure that plant machinery is fully operational
* Overseeing a production team of circa 30-35 dependent on shift patterns
