Abbeycroft is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our site as a Business Administration Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification alongside gaining valuable experience and making an impact on our site and members.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the site and members administratively
2. Collaborating with sites Duty Managers or Centre Manager's in projects
3. Providing excellent customer service to all members/customers
4. Conducting tours of the facilities to new and current members/customers as well as advising what Abbeycroft can offer them
5. Commitment to studying within this role and completing assignments/projects on time
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of a Grade C/Level 4 in English and Maths GCSE's or Level 2 functional skills
2. Responsible individual with a passion for working in administration, leisure, health, and well-being
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Ability to keep on track with studying and completing this apprenticeship
This role is temporary for up to 18 months to complete your apprenticeship. 35 Hours per week Rota: Monday 09:00-17:00 / Tuesday 14:00-21:30 / Wednesday 09:00-16:00 / Thursday 06:00-14:00 / Friday 09:00-16:00.
