Teaching Personnel's PWR Team is thrilled to be partnering with an outstanding school in West London seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 and 5.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the Geography curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national standards and ignites a passion for the subject.
* Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, encouraging students to develop critical thinking skills, research methods, and a comprehensive understanding of geographical concepts.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can reach their full potential.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in Geography.
* Proven experience of successful teaching and learning in a secondary school setting.
* In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum for Geography.
* Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to professional development and a passion for innovative teaching methods.
* An ability to inspire students to think critically, analyze information, and engage with the world around them.
