Future Build Recruitment are currently working alongside one of our clients who are looking to add a Project Coordinator / Document Controller to their team. Our client is a specialist Stone Tilling Contractor with the offices in the centre of London.
Key Responsibilites -
* Helping in the Coordination of projects against agreed scope, budgets, schedule and customer expectations.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Be a point of contact between project teams and clients.
* Management of documents for multiple projects.
* Ensuring project folers are created and maintained for projects.
* Ensuring the documents are uploaded in an accurate and timely manner
