The Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of learning needs in a mixed Key Stage 2 classroom. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help. Creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Encouraging independence and boosting students' self-esteem. Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
