About the OPPORTUNITY
We have a brand new opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our growing payroll team based in Edinburgh Parks, SA reporting to the National Payroll Manager.
As a Payroll Officer, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and in line with agreed payment dates.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide a payroll processing service to the business that is timely and accurate
* Provide general and complex payroll advice support to employees
* Participate and support the processing of cyclical payroll activities
* Provide compliance with statutory requirements
* Governance and Privacy principles to be applied
* Act as a point of contact in relation to Payroll & timekeeping systems, ensuring that our payroll data is structured appropriately and that accuracy is maintained through regular reviews
About YOU
* Approximately 2 years experience working in Payroll
* Experience managing pay inquiries
* Experience using Oracle
