Performance management: Support line managers (in the UK) in adopting best-practice performance management, such as goal setting, personal development plans, regular 1-2-1 reviews, 360 feedback, regular team meetings, and formal reviews. Talent Development: Develop and deliver training programs and career development plans that ensure all team members grow and develop their hard and soft skills Engagement and Culture : Own our team member surveys and drive initiatives that promote a positive work environment and enhance team member engagement. Data Analytics and Reporting : Lead our quarterly team member survey analysis and utilise our HRIS analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the team and other key HR metrics. Comprehensive HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations and demonstrable knowledge in HR areas such as employee relations, talent development, and performance management. Advisory Experience: Extensive experience providing guidance and support to managers and team members. The Perks (The important details) Salary: Dependant on experience Performance-based bonus : Up to 20% of base salary (10% company performance 10% team performance).
