A friendly and welcoming school in South Bristol is looking for an experienced teaching assistant to join them ASAP on an ongoing basis. The school is equipped with fantastic facilities and is well connected via public transport.

The role is to support a class of children in a reception class. Your main duties will include:
1. Carrying out phonics interventions (training will be provided for this)
2. Working with small groups of children
3. Supervising play
4. Observing children's interactions
5. Assisting children in SEND
The successful candidate will have:
1. Previous experience of working with young children
2. Experience of working as a TA is desirable
3. A passion and enthusiasm to work with pupils within the school and enhance their learning
4. Proactivity and eagerness to carry out responsibilities
