About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Brightwork Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with our Operations team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Operations team to scope new projects and provide necessary design information within project budgets and timescales.
* Implement sound tender strategies when appointing external suppliers or contractors.
* Manage tender submissions and evaluate supplier proposals to select the best-fit partners for our projects.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering).
* Proven experience in project engineering, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project challenges effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
