As Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to guest requests via email and telephone professionally efficiently, confirming completion of tasks to the guests.
* Demonstrating a refined knowledge of the city and its surroundings in order to enhance the guest experience and provide recommendations on restaurants, bars, theatres, and tailored guest activities in and around London.
* Ensuring consistent handovers are received and given, to keep team informed of important guest updates and requests.
* Creating complex and entertaining itineraries and excursions for guests during their stays.
* Working closely with the Door and Luggage team, handling arriving and departing guests efficiently and providing a seamless guest experience at all times.
As a Concierge, you will be working on a 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off shift rotation of 12-hour shifts (including weekends and bank holidays).
To be a successful Concierge candidate, you must have previous Concierge experience in a 5* hotel and excellent knowledge of the London and surrounding areas. You will display exceptional emotional intelligence and attention to detail and will be comfortable using various systems such as Go Alice, HotSOS, Alliants and other Hotel Management Systems.
