Sue Ross Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside their client based in Sheffield who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and is fully office based. Prior experience within HR is a necessity for this role.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities
1. General HR & Administration Duties
2. Keeping all staff records up to date
3. Keeping on top of any policy changes and distributing relevant changes to staff
4. Undertaking inductions for all new staff members
5. Taking ownership of recruitment processes including job adverts, interviews and offers
6. Monitoring staff absences, sickness and annual leave allowances
7. Producing monthly reports for SLT
8. Keeping all HR Documents and databases up to date
9. Any extra duties as required
