JOB TITLE: ESG Regulatory & Investigations Lawyer LOCATION: London SALARY: From £130,000 A top tier global law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate to join their Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) practice. The Role As an Associate in the ESG Department, you will support the firm's growth by providing advice to high-quality clients across a range of matters. This position offers significant client contact and opportunities to engage in Business Development and Learning & Development initiatives, with a strong focus on ESG. Key Responsibilities Advise on ESG matters, particularly for alternative asset managers in the Financial Services sector (approx. 50% of your time). Support transactional teams, preparing due diligence reports and drafting acquisition documents. Provide ESG-related services within transactions. Engage in crisis management and investigations regarding EHS matters.
