Production Control Manager, Leicestershire Primarily responsible for managing planning systems related to production, ensuring targets are achieved and inventory held is reduced. Responsible for a team of 3 planners / controllers. C£45,000 to £50,000per annum c£5,000 Bonus. Are you an experienced Production Control Manager looking for a new challenge? We are working with a reputable, established manufacturer who have created this new position to help bolster the production control function. This position would suit someone who is very organised and can bring positive lean changes into the control function. You will be directly responsible for the standardization and implementation of best practice Production Control methods with a goal to hit production targets, reduce inventory and maintain system integrity, as well as enable a high level of inventory accuracy. Salary & Hours: c£45,000 to £50,000 per annum Bonus. Flexible hours around core days. 25 days holiday banks. This Production Control Manager job will suit: Proven experience within a Planning / Control position that supports Production related activities. Comfortable managing a small team of Planners and delegating tasks. High level of experience and knowledge with all aspects of ERP systems. The company use Oracle but we are flexible on packages. Experience of coaching and driving lean principles.
