Role Overview:
As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing key partnerships. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all partnerships align with strategic objectives. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and delivering exceptional service.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
4. Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Support the development and implementation of best practices for client engagement and partnership management.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, commercial management, or a related field, within sports, entertainment, or sponsorship.
2. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
3. A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. Experience working with brands is highly desirable.
