Customer Services Coordinator – Medical Equipment Provider

About the Role: As the Customer Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for service users, their families, and healthcare providers. You’ll ensure the timely and accurate delivery and installation of medical equipment, providing exceptional customer care throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls, liaising with service users, families, and healthcare prescribers
* Schedule delivery rounds for technicians and engineers in advance
* Ensure accurate client and delivery details are maintained in the system
* Coordinate emergency jobs, ensuring clear communication with technicians and warehouse staff
* Address queries and complaints within agreed timeframes
* Distribute technician workloads efficiently to ensure optimal service
About You:
* You’ll be customer-focused with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
* A team player who is passionate about delivering excellent service and helping others
* Aligned with core values such as respect, empathy, accountability, and innovation
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably in a similar industry)
* Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office
* Updated and valid DBS check required
* 2 references required
