Albert’s Standish, a vibrant, busy and beloved cocktail bar/restaurant in the heart of Standish, is searching for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our talented team and elevate our guest experience to new heights!

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
1. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team player mentality.
2. A charismatic and enthusiastic leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality.
3. Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale environment.
4. Extensive knowledge of cocktails and current trends in the beverage industry.
5. Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and train a team of bartenders and supervisors.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and staff.
7. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
8. Experience with wet stock management, counting, control, and ordering.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service for customers.
2. Direct reporting to the site manager on a weekly basis.
3. Managing and training bar staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
4. Controlling inventory, managing costs, and optimizing bar profitability.
5. Maintaining the bar's cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
6. Creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests.
7. Dealing with customer queries and issues.
8. Collaborating with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless operations.
