Summary As a Sales Performance Manager, your primary focus will be on analysing sales data and implementing effective communication techniques to boost productivity. Responsibilities This is a highly analytical role, requiring strong communications skills to ensure all sales teams and individuals are accountable for delivering targets at all times. Daily 'control' over the inputs to sales in each team/territory (FTE, critical measures including forecast sales per agent per day, calls per day, visits per day etc) Reviewing outputs from sales overall and in each team/territory (conversion rates and key ratios) Reviewing marketing campaigns, lead volumes and quality, and cost per acquisition Analysing cost per sale in each territory Analysing agent performance by team and territory and identifying top and bottom performers - ensuring performance management processes are in place and robust Supporting design of reward and recognition in each team for consistency and optimum incentivisation of relevant products and performance Ensuring the balance between sale and overall value creation achieves optimum levels Competitor analysis and internal reporting Reviewing deals/packages and working with the sales team to ensure relevance at all times and in all markets Identifying new market opportunities/new product opportunities Skills/Qualifications Analytical by nature, and preferably with a qualification in a related field 5 years of experience supporting sales teams with performance data and reporting SAAS/Tech savvy - understands our industry and the balance between volume and value Strong communicator - to the point and able to change plans/fail fast as and when required
