The Role As our Senior Mechanic, you will be instrumental in helping to achieve Beryl’s goal of becoming the UK’s leading micromobility Company, you will lead by example and follow our high health and safety standards. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring and training our team of Mechanics. You will be an expert in our assets, closely follow our processes and have an eye on how to improve existing processes. Responsibilities Prioritise personal and workshop health and safety, flagging any concerns locally, speaking directly to senior Beryl management. Prioritise safety, report concerns, and manage accident reports. Support Operations Manager with weekly and monthly health and safety audits/checks. Train all new starters and support staff in reaching their KPI's.
