Job title: Receptionist
Pay rate: £14.43 an hour
Location: Grimsby, DN31 area
Contract: Temporary, start 10/10/24, cover work, 12noon to 6pm
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors
2. Support the setup of meeting rooms, conference areas, and special events as needed
3. Report and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or assisting with office equipment
4. Communicate effectively with other staff members to address any specific cleaning or maintenance needs
Requirements:
5. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
6. Excellent organisational and time management skills
7. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
8. Great communication skills
