We have an exciting opportunity in the Emotional Health and Resilience Team for a Family Health Practitioner, working a week.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the children's community health commissioned service under the direction and supervision of a Band 6 Caseload Holder contributing to the provision of high quality services for children young people, parents, carers and families working within the framework of the Healthy Child Programme and Best Start In Life priorities. Being pro-active in delivering the national and Public Health agendas in response to identified health and social need, working in partnership with other agencies to meet agreed standards, objectives and statutory requirements.
