Our client, operating within the rail sector, is currently seeking a PTS Site Manager for a contract position. This role involves overseeing station works and car park projects, with a contract running until Christmas and potential for extension. The position is outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise all works on a civils/rail job
2. Assist with arranging and collecting materials
3. Manage subcontractors
4. Attend meetings and toolbox talks
5. Ensure all groundworks are carried out according to the drawings
6. Complete timesheets
7. Liaise with the client to meet their requirements
8. Complete all site paperwork
9. Report back to the construction team
Job Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a PTS Civils Site Manager
2. Current Sentinel Competency
3. COSS ticket preferred but not essential
4. SMSTS certification
5. UK driving licence
