We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of theSales Administrator
* Provide administrative support to Sales team.
* Gather information to support quotations and orders.
* Create and issue invoices.
* Provide support with documentation for deliveries of machines and equipment.
* Data collection.
* Maintain spreadsheets and create reports.
Requirements for a successfulSales Administrator
* Excellent Administration skills with experience working within a similar role.
* Sales background.
* Experience within the plant or agricultural industry.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Attention to detail.
