As a Maritime Survival Expert at RNLI, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive sea survival courses. You will work closely with colleagues to design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to the unique needs of our participants. With a focus on creating a supportive learning environment, you will help individuals build confidence and develop essential skills to stay safe while at sea. Your expertise will also contribute to the development of new safety procedures and protocols that align with the latest maritime industry standards. Salary: £37,030 - £43,565 per annum (dependent on experience)
