Asthe Office Administrator you are responsible for keeping the officerunning smoothly creating a good atmosphere and making colleaguescustomers partners and guests feel at home. You should be anaccessible welcoming individual who thrives in building rapport.Due to the nature of the role this position should be present andvisible in the office part time everyday of the week. Fluentspeaking reading and writing in German and English are a musthaverequirement for thisrole.
KeyResponsibilities
* Welcomenew employees and ensure that IT equipment and welcome package areprepared during first day ofwork.
* Coordinatewith regional HR to support general office admin relatedduties.
* Ensurethat health and safety measures and other compliance needs of theoffice aremet.
* Managefacility services procurement of goods organization of lunch mailcouriers coordinating withvendors.
* Provideadhoc support for all departments (Sales Marketing Support HR IT)andemployees.
* Makenew employees feel welcome and contribute toonboarding.
* Organizeperiodic teamevents.
Requirements
* Minimum2 years of work experience in a similarrole.
* Amultitasker good host with resourcefulness and organizingskills.
