We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with experience in selling windows, doors, and curtain walling into Construction Contractors, Consultants, and Local Authorities.
The Area Sales Manager will be based in the field, from home, and at the company HQ near High Wycombe 1 day a week.
You will be selling the full range of solutions to Principal Contractors, main contractors, consultants, and Local Authorities predominantly across the Midlands & South England, including London.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing revenues within existing clients while also identifying, targeting, and winning new clients.
Solutions are usually sold on a project-by-project basis with order values ranging from GBP50k to GBP4 million.
You will typically be selling at the Construction Director, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Installation Manager, Site Manager, Procurement Director, Project Buyer, Estimator, and Technical Manager level.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a consultative sales approach and must have a track record of selling fenestration products into construction contractors.
The successful candidate will benefit from a basic salary between GBP50k-GBP55k (Dependent Upon Experience), a Hybrid Company Car, an Annual Bonus of up to GBP20k based on performance, 22 days holiday + BH, a Pension scheme, a Health cash plan, Employee incentives, Hybrid working options, and excellent long-term career prospects.
