Based in our vibrant central London office, you will work closely with the Product and Development teams to play a key role in designing and shaping the entire user experience across the RAMP Global platform. Incorporating design best practice with feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders, your guidance and input will contribute to improving process flow and streamlining journeys to make our business more efficient and effective for our customers. Our ideal person will be a quick learner, naturally highly organised, proactive, and an engaging personality who is able develop great relationships with their team and clients. Requirements 2-3 years’ experience in UX/UI design Knowledge of prototyping and design tools such as Figma Good grasp of design programs and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Solid understanding of a UX toolkit and web technologies Strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills Development skills not essential, however an understanding of the basics of languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be beneficial A problem solver with a relentless drive for improvement, able to manage multiple stakeholders to get things done quickly A true multitasker, comfortable managing multiple workloads, projects and priorities Accustomed to a fast paced scale up environment with continual change and evolution Excellent communication skills A background in recruitment or HR tech would be highly advantageous Experience in a fast-paced B2B business or scale up environment is desirable Key Responsibilities Review all elements of existing applications to evaluate user experience Review the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of all designs Run user testing of applications and create customer UX surveys Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience Conduct competitor and customer analysis Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications Creation and maintenance of web and application design systems Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to the development team Work with the Product and Marketing teams to incorporate visual and brand identity into the product Participate in design stage of new product elements to ensure positive UX is incorporated from the outset Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications Work with the wider business to provide input and ideas to help improve processes, prioritise resources and develop our services to better meet the needs of our customers.
