Job Description:
This newly created position is a key role within the organisation, with remote/office/site based work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
* Contact person for business-related documents and interdepartmental quality topics
* Analysis of quality gates across the business
* Implementation of quality management requirements
* Preparation, evaluation, and assessment of quality-relevant key figures
* Communication of quality principles to promote awareness across departments
* Professional guidance for planning and realisation of company-specific quality policies and objectives
* Evaluation of audit results and customer surveys
* Planning and evaluation of internal audits with audit assessment and professional exchange with other institutions in quality management
* Regular quality controls and updates of processes, roles, and documents
* Interpretation and reporting of quality-relevant key figures
* Planning and implementation of quality-related training measures for employees and managers
* Strategic and operational implementation of quality measures and initiatives for improving quality management systems, including reviews of effectiveness
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a quality manager (minimum 5 years)
* Keen eye for detail and results-driven approach to quality
* Outstanding communication skills
* Excellent organisational abilities
* Proficient in MS Office
* In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
* Excellent mathematical abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
* Certification in quality control (ISO 9000 etc.) is a strong advantage
* Experience in interpreting and applying an ISO quality management system
* Experience in implementing document/information management
* Experience in maintaining a company's quality management system
