Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Team: Hire, train, and support the sales team to perform their best.
* Hit Targets: Set and meet sales goals each month, quarter, and year.
* Grow Business: Find new customers and grow relationships with existing ones.
* Track Progress: Keep an eye on sales numbers and report to management regularly.
* Plan Sales: Create and adjust sales plans to meet market needs.
* Work Together: Collaborate with other teams like marketing and customer service to improve results.
* Know the Market: Stay updated on telecom trends and competitors to stay ahead.
* Ensure Compliance: Make sure the team follows company policies and industry rules.
What We're Looking For:
