Job summary The Interview date for this post is 7th May 2025 This role is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying for NVQ Level 2/3, apprentices should note that the salary would be Agenda for Change Annex 21 trainee rate (75%max of band) until they have completed their apprenticeship. The postholder will provide administrative support to the Medical Education Team and the Technology and Medical Education Advanced Learning Manager for delivering local, regional and national events for Medical Education. This will include assisting with the organisation and delivery of study days, conferences, courses and simulation activities. The postholder will provide digital administrative support to the Medical Education Technology and Advanced Learning Manager. This will include updating and working with social media platforms and web-based documents. Main duties of the job Duties include: Act as first point of contact for department enquiries, dealing with them in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to stakeholders. Answer telephone calls, taking messages and passing them on accurately to the relevant person / department. Provide administrative support for events being delivered both face to face, virtually and in simulation by the Medical Education Team including issuing invites, booking rooms, organising speakers, equipment, signing in sheets, refreshments, setting up rooms. Issue and collate feedback as requested. Collate information and circulate teaching timetables / programmes of events.
