Recruitment Administrator - Manchester / Leeds / Liverpool - 12 Months +
Great opportunity to join a busy, successful, and established in-house recruitment team, based from Manchester, Leeds, or Liverpool (with a very flexible hybrid working policy). As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work closely with the Recruitment team to understand their business needs and provide proactive admin & resourcing support.
Varied role to include:
1. Supporting the Recruitment Managers in all aspects of the recruitment process (sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, raising offers, and onboarding).
2. Raising requisitions on the recruitment system.
3. Liaising with our Advertising partners to advertise roles.
4. Sourcing candidates via various means.
5. Reviewing applications and sending CVs to Hiring Managers for review.
6. Liaising with Hiring Managers/candidates to arrange Interviews.
7. Targeted LinkedIn searches.
8. Raising & sending agency Terms & Conditions.
9. Sourcing and setting up new agencies.
10. Keeping the ATS (recruitment system) up to date.
11. Reporting – Keeping up to date records/spreadsheets.
12. Supporting with our Early Careers (Graduate & Apprentice) Intake.
13. Attending/supporting recruitment events when required.
14. Completing and keeping spreadsheets up to date.
15. Updating the recruitment system/ATS.
About You:

3. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
4. Strong administrative skills and an awareness of working to a deadline.
5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
6. Self-motivated with an ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
7. Proactive search techniques and creative resourcing.
8. An understanding of client and candidate confidentiality.
9. Confident with email and using telephone.
10. Preferable experience with recruitment ATS systems & using LinkedIn.
