Our client is looking to grow their team with the addition of a new member.
Position Summary
* Salary starting from £22,000 to £25,000 based on experience
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, normal hours 08:00 to 17:00
* Starting in next few weeks
* Due to location, own transport will be required
* Security check will be required
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule Engineers for client callouts and regular services
* Ensure completed jobs are processed for invoicing
* Understand client requirements and budgets
* Liaise with Stock Manager regarding stock levels and upcoming requirements
* Ensure any required equipment is available
* Update job progress reports in a timely manner
* Escalate any issues to your manager
What You Need
* Experience with BigChange Software would be beneficial
* Experience in a client-facing role
* Ability to demonstrate a variety of admin skills
* Own transport option as public transport is not an option for this location
* Ability to work as part of a small team
* Strong organisational skills
* Comfortable communicating with all members of the team, including senior management and clients, verbally and in writing
