We are currently working with an established UK business that is recruiting for a ServiceNow Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. This is a brand-new role which will focus on managing their ServiceNow platform, maintaining high levels of efficiency and system stability, whilst also being responsible for the implementation of new functionalities. Responsibilities: Carrying out upgrades, patches and new releases on ServiceNow Ensuring the platform has excellent reliability and minimal downtime Overseeing access controls, ensuring correct permissions, role assignments etc. Responding to ServiceNow issues, ensuring effective and speedy resolutions Configuration of various ServiceNow modules, customising them to business requirements Carrying out the rollout of new applications and modules Contributing to the integration of ServiceNow with other applications and systems with APIs and web services Building and implementing workflows and notifications as appropriate Ensuring full documentation of processes Maintaining data integrity at all times Key skills required: Extensive experience in a ServiceNow Admin/Engineering role Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, CSM etc.) Experience working in ITIL environments with an excellent understanding of ITIL V4 Scripting experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS REST/SOAP APIs and integration tool experience The ability to effectively communicate with non-technical users In line with the Conduct Regulations 2003, when advertising permanent vacancies JNC Recruitment are acting as an Employment Agency, and when advertising temporary/contract vacancies JNC Recruitment are acting as an Employment Business ADZN1_UKTJ
