ABOUT YOU: We are seeking a self-motivated and curious Junior Trends Research & Insights to join our Creative and Strategy team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in trend analysis, consumer insights, and market research within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working with globally recognised brands. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Conduct research to identify emerging trends and changing consumer behaviours. Gather and analyse data from various sources, including market reports, trend forecasting databases, social media, and other platforms. Assist in the creation of trend reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for our wider team. Organise and maintain our resource database, trend report library, and events calendar. Assist with image research and building presentations. Help produce competitor reviews, brand audits, and category overviews to identify potential opportunities and challenges for our brands and business. Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions. Stay informed about current events, cultural shifts, and industry innovations. Reporting into head of Trends and Insights REQUIREMENTS: Curious about understanding the “why” behind cultural shifts, consumer behaviours, and regional market nuances. A strong interest in trends across categories including fashion, retail, food and beverage, luxury, and beauty. Knowledge of sports, gaming, technology, or automotive is also a plus. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to assess source credibility and synthesize information from various sources. Bonus if you are comfortable with data analysis and have an interest in uncovering the insights hidden within the numbers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. Global perspective Self-motivated and proactive Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. A creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and insights.
