Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a supportive and vibrant school community in Debden. This part-time role offers the chance to inspire and nurture young learners, laying the foundation for their educational journey.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's learning and development.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring activities meet individual learning needs.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative approach to learning.
* Promote social, emotional, and physical development in line with EYFS goals.
* Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards, ensuring the well-being of every child in your care.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
* Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about early childhood education and fostering a love for learning.
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the wider school community.
