Job Overview: The Clinical Coordinator at SkinSunday is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. This role involves coordinating patient care activities, managing administrative tasks, supporting our healthcare providers, and driving our social media marketing efforts to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Coordination: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal flow and minimal wait times. Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, handle billing, and manage inventory of clinical supplies.
3. Staff Support: Coordinate with healthcare providers to prepare for patient consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
4. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure clear communication between patients, providers, and administrative staff.
5. Quality Assurance: Monitor clinic operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
6. Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to promote SkinSunday’s services and events. Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and interact with our online community to build and maintain our brand presence.
Qualifications:
* High School graduate or equivalent.
* 2 year medical clinic/spa reception experience is REQUIRED.
* 2 year customer service experience is REQUIRED.
* Interest in the medical aesthetics industry is REQUIRED.
* Sales experience is an asset.
* English language proficiency, verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Proficient in POS systems and spa booking software.
* Excellent phone communication skills.
* Knowledge & experience with all Social Media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
* Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
* Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
* Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
