The successful post holder will provide senior level OD support across all strategic initiatives and will ensure the alignment of the Aneurin Bevan Health Board strategies and policies to support the long term strategy of the Health Board and its partners. This role acts as direct support to the Assistant Director of Workforce and Organisational Development (Dr Peter Brown) in the delivery of the Organisational Development The role involves, leading and line-managing senior Organisational Development practitioners, working with senior clinicians and managers in the development and delivery of an Organisational Development Strategy to support the Health Board's strategic and operational plans. OD portfolio includes: Learning and Development, Talent and Succession planning, Developing and retaining people and teams, and also Future Talent Pipelines. The portfolio also includes responsibility for HCSW education and Occupational Health.
