Diaverum invites experienced and motivated healthcare professionals to apply for the role of Burnley Clinic Manager. In this senior position, you'll have full responsibility for the Burnley clinic, ensuring medical excellence and meeting financial performance objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Full operational and clinical management of the clinic(s), maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
2. Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits.
3. Instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
4. Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control.
5. Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
6. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with referring Client Organisation/s and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
7. Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC.
8. Experience working in a clinical setting at a senior level, any healthcare sector but ideally seeking acute care experience.
9. Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
10. Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
11. Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
