Quality Manager - Surrey - Salary up to £60,000 Benefits - Ref 1822 I am currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to work for an organisation based in Hampshire. Salary up to £60,000 Benefits. They are a well-respected organisation that has been in operation for over 60 years and are creating market leading products that is disrupting the industry they operate within across numerous sites the UK. Due to internal changes they are looking to appoint a Quality Manager on a permanent basis. In this role as a Quality Manager, you will report directly to Managing Director and will be managing a team of 7 in the Quality Department, this will include 3 Quality Engineers and 4 Quality Inspectors. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the existing QMS system and ensure that the company maintain their ISO 9001 certification. This company have 4 sites in the local area which you and your team will be responsible for from a Quality stand point. As the Quality Manager you will also be involved with various Lean initiatives and also train and develop the team further whilst also helping drive Quality at the heart of the companies culture.
