Bleeding Heart Restaurants and Private Dining in Farringdon is seeking a professional, motivated Marketing Manager to create a new marketing resource.
Situated in a unique historic cobbled courtyard, Bleeding Heart will be 42 years old this year, and is still owned and operated by the same family.
It comprises a Bistro, a covered Terrace, a Tavern Bar and four private dining rooms, the smallest seating 18,largest seating 120.
You will join a team of 60 good people who take pride in working in a happy, successful, professional environment.

We offer a unique marketing challenge and a starting salary of £50k.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our online presence, including social media platforms, by creating engaging content that showcases our menu offerings, private events, and unique dining experiences.
* Oversee email marketing campaigns, including promotions, event updates, and special offers targeted at key client segments.
* Design and implement strategic advertising campaigns to attract corporate clients, event planners, and special occasion dinners.
* Ensure the restaurants website is kept up-to-date with the latest events, menus, and private dining information, optimised for user experience.
* Build relationships with local influencers, event planners, and corporate clients to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continually refine and optimise strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content creation, and email marketing.
* Creativity with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and brand positioning.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
