SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary and Secondary Location: Derby Pay Scale: £85- 95 per day depending on experience Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full Time/Supply, Term Time Only (Monday to Friday 8:45am-3:15pm) Full Time and Supply options available Will become Permanent for the right candidate Our client is a Special School which helps every person achieve their potential through a broad curriculum. To be considered for this role, you will: Have knowledge and understanding of the following SEN Requirements: Physical Disabilities, Personal Care, Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism, PDA, ADHD and Looked After Children. Have experience of working in an Education or Support Role. Have an Understanding of the National Curriculum. Be a dedicated SEND TA who can provide outstanding support either in a long or short term role. Demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies and classroom management skills. Be dedicated to providing an inclusive education for all students and being responsible for student development and academic performance. Be supportive and respectful of the school’s ethos.
