You will be paid £25,000, working 37.5hrs Monday to Friday.

Purpose of the role
This role covers most aspects of banking and cash allocation ensuring reconciling, posting and completing daily allocations of
payments in a timely manner. Working collaboratively with all departments in Movianto UK to ensure its financial health, manage
risks, financial analysis and developing processes to be “Best in Class” always striving for Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily banking and timely and accurate allocation of funds received
* Prompt follow up, reporting and resolving unknown and unallocated items
* Liaison with Credit Control team and business stakeholders
* Dealing with customer and internal queries efficiently and professionally
* Ad hoc project and investigation work as required
* Support continuous process improvement in reducing the month-end reporting window by stream-lining processes and re-organising
activities.
* Liaise with customers via telephone, email, or letter in a professional and efficient manner
* Strive to ensure all targets and KPI’s set by the business are achieved
* Assist with any financial duties within the job holders’ capabilities
