About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team and provide essential nighttime support to a wonderful woman, helping her live her best life. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with personal needs, medication administration, and other tasks throughout the night.
* Ensuring safety and comfort by conducting regular checks and addressing any concerns.
* Maintaining accurate records of observations, incidents, and interactions.
* Working with daytime support staff, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure continuity of support.
* Offering comfort, reassurance, and companionship to create a supportive nighttime atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Compassionate and support nature.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training and Induction: We provide a comprehensive induction and training program, including support to obtain the Care Certificate. While primarily working nights, you may be required to workday shifts during your induction and training periods.
