Job Title: Housing Officer
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver a mobile patch-based housing management service. The role involves attending appointments with service families during their move-in and move-out processes, as well as during their occupation.
This is a fixed-term contract until 31/05/2026. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, covering the areas of Middle Wallop, Winchester, and Andover.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide services to families throughout the occupancy cycle, including planning, attending, and administering pre-move-out, move-out, pre-move-in, move-in, and 14-day observation visits, collaborating with industry partners to meet standards.
* Coordinate with regional colleagues and managers to proactively plan and monitor routine appointments, communicating any short-notice changes promptly to stakeholders.
* Manage garage voids efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and liaise with stakeholders to coordinate walkabouts and maintenance.
* Engage with local agencies, charities, support providers, military liaison officers, service hubs, and statutory authorities to deliver integrated support and services to families.
* Participate in and support events and activities to engage service personnel and their representatives, including planning and attending housing surgeries and stakeholder meetings.
Key Requirements
* Experience in public or private sector housing management or customer service operational roles.
* Full driving license.
* Passion for providing enhanced services to service families.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
