Quality Coordinator (Clinical Haematology)

Main Duties of the Job
To co-ordinate, facilitate and assist with the implementation of all aspects of quality for Clinical Haematology with reference to Human Tissue Authority (HTA), Joint Accreditation for International Society for Cell Therapy and European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (JACIE), Care Quality Commission (CQC), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance.
To work with the clinical haematology team to assist the Quality Manager, as co-ordinating specialist, for all quality measures in clinical haematology. Thus helping to ensure that regulatory standards are achieved and maintained.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent
* Previous administration experience
* Experience in Haematology
Skills
* Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills and can adapt to a fast-paced/ changing environment
* Demonstrates ability to work on own initiative and proactively
* Able to extract data from complex information and act appropriately
* Confidence in speaking to and challenging various different people, including Clinicians
