Product Manager - Heating Systems
Location: Doncaster - c.£60k plus Company Car
The Product Manager is part of the Marketing Team and is responsible for the definition of all new products, continuous product improvements, and the management of the product range which includes radiators, central heating systems, intelligent or smart controls, and hot water hydraulics circuit design and control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining a sound knowledge of technology to identify potential products and opportunities to promote innovation and advancement.
2. Maintaining a sound knowledge of regulations and standards and pending changes to legislation that could impact product strategy.
3. Working closely with commercial sales, marketing, and customer service to coordinate product launches, providing technical support throughout manufacture and marketing including presenting to potential customers at their sites and at trade shows.
4. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and third-party consultants throughout the UK and a small number abroad, requiring travel.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A strong background in product management and new product introduction in a technical or engineering discipline, ideally coupled with a degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant Technical, Engineering, or Marketing discipline.
2. Significant relevant post-qualification experience in a wide range of product management and new product development.
3. Specific detailed experience in several of the following areas: radiators, central heating systems, intelligent or smart controls, and hot water hydraulics circuit design and control.
4. Broad commercial experience with evidence of awareness of the business environment; markets, customers, and financial aspects.

Benefits:
1. Salary: c.£60,000 pa DOE plus a company car
2. Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, finish at 4pm on Fridays
3. Holidays: 25 plus statutory holidays
