The Role:
As a Channel Manager at The Big Phone Store, you’ll take the lead in driving and optimising our presence across key eCommerce platforms such as Temu, TikTok, Google Shopping, and others.
You’ll have full autonomy to develop and execute channel strategies, optimise product listings, drive conversions, and continuously improve campaign performance. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you’ll be at the forefront of growing our digital presence and maximising sales through multiple channels.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop, execute, and optimise channel strategies for platforms like Temu, TikTok, Google Shopping, and more.
• Manage product listings, optimising for SEO, conversions, and overall performance.
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of each channel, continuously adjusting strategies to drive growth and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to stay ahead of platform updates and opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt to the evolving digital marketplace.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure product messaging is consistent across channels.
• Stay ahead of the latest trends and updates on digital advertising and eCommerce platforms, ensuring The Big Phone Store remains competitive.
